By purchasing products from PinkyFox.shop you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, bondara.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order.

Orders made through PinkyFox.shop are subject to acceptance and availability. PinkyFox.shop may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and PinkyFox.shop until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Delivery Information
We use a selection of trusted delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified which carrier service will deliver your parcel.
Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the delivery courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at a local collection point they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery (a parcel will be held for a nominal amount of days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us)
If your parcel is not collected and you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.
We currently do not ship to the USA.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. You can order through our website or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.

Returns Policy
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you, as a client, have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase.
However, our Refund and Return Policy will apply. If your order has already been shipped when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the postal cost from your refund.
All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all original packaging, accessories or free gifts that were included with your item. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days if the product is unopened, unworn or unused. If you have missed this cut-off, you may return items to us within 100 days for an exchange, replacement or credit note.
We suggest you inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival and notify PinkyFox as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Faulty items can be returned to PinkyFox , even if used, within 180 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be tested for functionality by hand before being used intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery-powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately, please ensure that you have received the correct product(s) and that they are working correctly as soon as possible.
If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order, it will be assumed that you have accepted the goods and they are in working condition.
Unless the returned items are faulty, returns are at your own expense. We will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.
